You can book your unit for repair at your nearest INGCO stockist.

a) Warranty Repair (1 Year)
If your unit is still within the 1-year warranty period, simply return the product to the store where you originally purchased it. Please provide the original proof of purchase to confirm that the product is still under warranty. Your unit will then be booked in for repair.

b) Out of Warranty Repair
If your unit is no longer covered by the 1-year warranty, you can still take it to your nearest INGCO stockist for repair. Your unit will then be booked in for repair
